We're building out our operational infrastructure to support our growth, and we need an experienced Zoho administrator to architect our systems from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create the backbone of a technology company that's solving real problems for industrial and mobile operations. The initial project-based engagement has strong potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role as we scale. What You'll Do: Design, configure, and implement our complete Zoho suite including: Zoho CRM (customer relationship management) Zoho Books (accounting and invoicing) Zoho Forms (data collection) Zoho Quotes (proposal generation) Zoho Flow (workflow automation) Zoho Creator (custom applications) Zoho Payments (payment processing) Client and Partner Portals - Integrate Zoho Payments into our WordPress website for seamless transactions - Build automated workflows using Zoho Flow to connect with third-party systems - Document processes and train our team on the systems Provide ongoing optimization and troubleshooting as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience setting up and configuring Zoho One or multiple Zoho applications Strong understanding of business process automation and CRM best practices Experience with WordPress integrations Ability to work with Zoho Flow for third-party system integrations Excellent communication skills in English (required) Self-starter who can work independently and ask the right questions Bonus: Experience in real estate, construction, or property management industries Project Details Initial engagement: Project-based implementation Potential to transition: Part-time or full-time ongoing role Remote work possible Compensation: Based on experience (please share your rate expectations) To Apply Please send: Your resume or LinkedIn profile Brief description of relevant Zoho implementations you've completed Your availability and rate structure Any questions you have about our needs
