Seeking accounting firm to handle majority of our bookkeeping and assist with other GA processes (where possible) for 2 corporate entities and founders financial reporting. Entity 1 is a California S-Corp, SaaS company (no payroll). This org is moving to accrual based accounting and requires some procedures for the ‘right way’ to handle this internally. Entity 2 is a single-member California LLC software consulting firm (5 payrolls). Overall transaction volume and complexity of both accounts is low. Accounting stack is Xero, Mercury Bank, Gusto and Stripe.
