We’re looking for an experienced Web & Funnel Designer who knows how to blend creativity with technical skill. This is not a basic “drag-and-drop” design role, and we need someone who understands how design, layout, and flow impact user experience and conversion. You should be confident working in Framer, WordPress, and GoHighLevel) and comfortable taking a concept from idea to execution (clean, fast, and ready to perform). You’re a good fit if you: 1) Have advanced experience in Framer, WordPress, and GoHighLevel 2) Understand how design connects to conversion and user behavior 3) Have an eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency 4) Can move between creative and technical work without missing details 5) Care about load times, responsiveness, and user flow 6) Can write or edit HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript when needed 7) Communicate clearly and professionally in English 8) Stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment 9) Are proactive in solving problems and improving existing systems The Role You’ll work directly with our leadership and creative teams to design, build, and maintain high-performing websites and funnels. This role combines creativity and structure so you’ll take design concepts, campaigns, and user experiences and turn them into smooth, high-performing web pages that look great and convert effectively. Responsibilities - Build and maintain advanced websites, landing pages, and funnels - Create layouts that are visually strong, mobile responsive, and optimized for conversion - Regularly audit pages for performance, user experience, and consistency - Collaborate on campaign pages and funnel strategies - Optimize sites for SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO, performance, and technical best practices - Monitor analytics and recommend improvements based on data - Stay on top of new tools, plugins, and best practices to keep our web experience ahead of the curve Qualifications 1) 4+ years of professional experience in web design and development (Preferably in Framer or Webflow) 2) 3+ years of ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel 3) Strong understanding of UX/UI design and conversion principles 4) Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 5) Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and site performance optimization 6) Portfolio that demonstrates advanced design and functionality 7) Strong communication and collaboration skills 9) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail What Success Looks Like - Every site and funnel you build is clean, fast, and aligned with brand standards - Projects are completed on time and with excellence - You identify and implement improvements that enhance performance - The marketing team trusts you to handle your role with precision and ownership Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
