Main Objective

• Leads daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow through the plant to final destination, maximizing efficiency of human/material resources while maintaining area standards, with strategic oversight of all assigned operations.
• What challenges will you have?
• Analyze and propose improvements to material flows within warehouse processes based on operational needs.
• Manage and coordinate human and material resources assigned to the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods, direct materials, and indirect materials for assigned site(s).
• Ensure that supervisors and assigned personnel know, comply with, and communicate warehouse standards.
• Guarantee that process deviations, KPIs, and/or standards within your area are properly analyzed, escalated, and addressed by responsible teams, eliminating root causes.
• Lead, motivate, recognize, and ensure training/development for personnel in your area, complying with RIT and CCT, as well as company tools for indirect staff.
• Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Experience dealing with Leadership Roles
• Experience working with Labor Relations Governance
• Advance English Level is required
• Technical Knowledge
• Knowledge on Warehouse Management
