El Representante de Ventas es responsable de ejecutar las estrategias comerciales en su territorio asignado, con el objetivo de alcanzar y superar las metas de ventas del portafolio de Vision Care. Su labor incluye la visita constante a clientes como ópticas, cadenas y profesionales de la salud visual, promoviendo productos, resolviendo dudas técnicas y comerciales, y asegurando una experiencia de cliente sobresaliente. Además, debe identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, implementar promociones locales, gestionar pedidos y dar seguimiento postventa. Se espera que tenga habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y autogestión, así como conocimientos en ventas consultivas y manejo de herramientas digitales. Es indispensable contar con disponibilidad para viajar, licencia de conducir vigente y experiencia previa en ventas, preferentemente en el sector óptico, farmacéutico o de dispositivos médicos.
