We are hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) who speaks Spanish and understands how templates work in Google Slides and Google Docs. This is a one-time task to start, with the possibility of working on additional documents if the work is completed successfully. Scope of Work: -Access a 12-slide Google Slides presentation that is a template for quotes -Identify placeholder content such as Lorem Ipsum or any text that should be standardized as part of a template. -Replace those texts directly in the presentation with clearly labeled variables (e.g., [CLIENT_NAME], [PRESENTATION_DATE]), based on the context. -Log each replacement in a Google Sheet with the columns: a. Slide number(s) (Where does it appear?) b. Proposed variable name Requirements: Spanish fluency (required). Familiarity with Google Slides and Google Docs. Comfortable working directly within Google Drive (Slides and Sheets). Additional Info: This is the most extensive of several templates in our set. If this task is completed accurately and efficiently, we plan to continue with the remaining documents (mostly single-page files). Fixed-price project. All materials and access will be provided via Google Drive. Turnaround time: 24 hours from the time of assignment.
