Location: Remote Hours: 15–20 per week Compensation: Based on experience Start Date: ASAP We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting behavioral health, wellness, and service-based businesses across the U.S. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Support daily administrative tasks and internal operations Assist with client deliverables, documentation, and task management Coordinate with team members on projects and deadlines Manage calendars, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks Prepare and organize files, reports, and client materials Help maintain internal systems such as ClickUp, Drive, and shared workflows Perform light marketing support tasks (preferred but not required), such as: Updating social content calendars Formatting newsletters or blog posts Assisting with research Communicate clearly and consistently during working hours to ensure the team stays aligned What We’re Looking For Responsible, organized, and consistent — someone we can depend on Self-starter who can take tasks from idea to completion without hand-holding Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in a remote environment Tech savvy and open to learning new platforms (ClickUp, GA4, Canva, etc.) Marketing background is a plus, but not required Ability to work 15–20 hours per week and be online, available, and responsive during those hours Why Work With Us?
