We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us manage our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to respond quickly to guest inquiries. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours, but we prefer availability between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AST (schedule can be adjusted if needed). Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Respond to Airbnb guest messages within 10 minutes, provide clear check-in instructions (lockboxes, etc.), answer questions about amenities, and coordinate delivery of extra supplies if needed. Guest Support: Assist guests with issues during their stay and ensure a professional and friendly tone at all times. Review Management: Monitor reviews, highlight negative ones for appeal, and keep track of guest feedback. Cleaning Coordination: Create daily cleaning schedules, communicate with cleaning teams, and ensure units are guest-ready on time. General Support: Report property issues to management and collaborate with the team to improve guest experience. Requirements: Basic English communication (written & spoken). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Responsive and able to handle tasks quickly.
