***THIS IS A PERMANENT LONG-TERM POSITION WITH SIGNIFICANT ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT*** ***MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH SUPERB WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION*** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to help develop, implement, and manage our organization's comprehensive wellness program. The Wellness Program Assistant will be responsible for enriching program initiatives that enhance employee well-being, improve overall health, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in program enrichment, organizational psychology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting employee well-being. Responsibilities: Help develop and implement a strategic wellness program that aligns with organizational goals and addresses the needs of employees. Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of wellness initiatives, including health screenings, fitness challenges, nutrition education, stress management workshops, and wellness campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, benefits, and occupational health teams, to ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives into existing programs and policies. Create and deliver engaging wellness-related communications, including newsletters, posters, and online content, to promote program initiatives and foster employee participation. Coordinate relationships with external vendors, wellness providers, and community resources to maximize program effectiveness and leverage available resources. Provide regular reports and presentations to management on program performance, participation rates, and return on investment. Serve as a wellness champion and advocate, promoting a culture of health and well-being throughout the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience in developing and enriching projects for small and large organizations. Knowledge of implementation and evaluation strategies is a plus. Familiarity with health risk assessments, biometric screenings, and other wellness program measurement tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Experience in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and community partners. Proficiency in using wellness technology platforms and software for program management and data analysis. Certifications in related fields are desirable. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and managing projects. Demonstrated success in increasing employee participation and engagement in wellness initiatives. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse employee populations. Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations for program improvements. Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique and engaging wellness initiatives.
