• Manage production, materials, health & safety, and quality control across the value stream
• Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans

• What You Bring
• Short-cycle tertiary education or equivalent
• 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions
• Experience in health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Adaptive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to negotiate, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure
