Main Requirements: -Problem solver -Proven experience in short-term rentals and knowledge of Airbnb/VRBO hosting. -Experience in addressing maintenance issues and collaborating with property managers and vendors efficiently and cost-effectively in the US. -Organizational skills. -Detail-oriented. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. -A private room/office (must have a BPO environment) -2 modes of the internet: Hardwire and Cell Phone internet for backup -Power backup in case of outage. We are seeking a part-time Airbnb Virtual Assistant with the above skills. High possibility of part time work turning to full time work. Work Hours: All Times are Central Standard Time: 6 hours shift, sometime between 8 AM to 4PM CST 6 days a week, with 1 day off. IMPORTANT PAY INFORMATION: The first 4 weeks constitute a trial period with a pay rate of $3/hour. After the trial period, we will discuss a monthly salary, depending on your experience level.
