• Responsibilities
• As a Bilingual Trainer, you will:- Deliver engaging training programs to new hires before nesting- Coach and guide trainees, addressing improvement areas- Set clear training expectations and encourage active participation- Suggest improvements for training design and delivery- Collaborate with mentors to monitor agent performance- Participate in program evaluations to ensure effectiveness
• Qualifications
• What We Are Looking For- Bilingual proficiency (English level B2+/C1)- College graduate (any course) or 6–12 months of training experience (preferably in a call center)- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills- Ability to motivate and engage people effectively- Organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing others
