Mantener el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo conforme al calendario anual de equipos. Principales funciones y responsabilidades: Coordina el mantenimiento preventivo a equipos conforme al plan anual. Mantiene en stock las refacciones necesarias para el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo. Realiza el seguimiento a solicitudes de refacciones por el personal de mantenimiento. Reporta de manera mensual el IPFM obtenido por equipo al Gerente de Mantenimiento y Jefe de Mantenimiento basado en la RedZone. Reporta las actividades que se realizarán en el mantenimiento de fin de semana. Verifica en piso las ordenes de trabajo realizadas por el personal de mantenimiento. Coordina con los supervisores de mantenimiento las ordenes de trabajo a generar. Verifica los trabajos solicitados por terceros cumpliendo con el BPM y los procedimientos requeridos. Requisitos: Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Electrónica. Experiencia de 2 años en Mantenimiento Preventivo. Conocimientos solicitud a refacciones, 5s, BPM, Mantenimiento a maquinaria, Generación de IPFM, Generación y cierre de OT, PEPS.
