• Core Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate listings, smooth workflows, and consistent execution.
• Plan, execute, and support live selling initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance.
• Operate TikTok Shop Lives with a focus on conversion, pacing, and operational accuracy.
• Track performance inside the platform and make execution-level adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Proven experience working as a TikTok Shop Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations end to end.
• Demonstrated experience with live selling workflows.
• Direct experience running TikTok Shop Lives.
