POSITION SUMMARY

  • This position is temporary full time remote.
  • This position is responsible for requesting, following up, and billing fee approval for the Florida team
  • Utilize reports and client system steps to process fee requests
  • Troubleshooting with IT to setup triggers for billing
  • Working closely with operations and IT to setup a streamlined process
  • Updating client systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree Required or 2+ years foreclosure knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with strong attention paid to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Able to occasionally work evenings or weekends in order to complete objectives.
  • Foreclosure knowledge preferred
  • Client system knowledge preferred (LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar, etc)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by Management.)
  • Become an expert with our case management systems and prepare reporting tools to assist that client expectations are being met.
  • Work in all client systems and provide required documents
  • Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
  • Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
  • Gather, review, and provide information to client regarding home owner association documents
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
