Job Description Main responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers Requisition and control of the spare parts and material to keep the forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers operating in optimus conditions Review at the start of the shift the daily activities assigned and report status at the end of the shift to the supervisor Control and complete the maintenance work orders assigned Document in electronic and / or written the corrective and preventive maintenance work orders based in the maintenance procedures Execute the cleaning procedure of the forklift area as applied Use of manuals, schematics, engineering drawings and diagrams. Use of personal protection equipment provided by Medline Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system Participate in the 5s program Support and participate in Kaizen events Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
