Descripción del empleo The process expert team leader is a person who act proactively to support VS areas focused on utilization, down time, IDC and improvements with processes specialist group. Is responsible to lead and support the team with complex technical issues occurring on the VS, assigning troubleshooting projects for recurring events affecting downtime, IDC, Nu, etc. also promoting to use PDCA, A3, and other systematic issue tracking tools
