Team Leader ( Paint & Plastic Production) Objetivo:Contribuye con el supervisor en el desarrollo y aplicación del DMD para lograr los objetivos de su área. Actividades: 1.Cuando falta el supervisor de su área, trabajar como el sustituto del supervisor. 2.Instruir en las operaciones, concretamente al operador. 3.Seguimiento a la línea de producción para cumplir con lo programado.
