As one of the first points of contact with Porch, this role is focused on enhancing the candidate experience for prospective contractors. In this role, you will be trusted to make smart and timely decisions, think ahead and solve problems as they arise. WHAT YOU DO As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Porch, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for work from home teams who support the Porch business. In this role, you will be held accountable for meeting recruiting and hiring targets, maintaining strong working relationships with Porch managers and acting as a promoter and advocate for Porch. WHAT YOU BRING: 4+ years of experience in high volume recruiting 4 + years of experience in recruiting for US-based companies Fully fluent or bilingual in English Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion Time management and organization Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes Confidence to work with management at all levels Commitment to delivering exceptional recruiting and hiring experiences for our hires Previous experience with Workday recruiting system.
