Job Responsibilities: Objetivo del Puesto Monitoreo, evaluación y seguimiento del desempeño de la calidad de los proveedores directos además de la validación y aprobación de nuevos productos, cambios de ingeniería o procesos relacionados a proveedores mediante el uso de regulaciones de la norma IATF 16949 y requerimientos específicos de la empresa y del cliente. Además de participar en el proceso de mejora continua de los proveedores. Escolaridad. Ingeniería. Experiencia Requerida. 5 años de experiencia en industria automotriz 3 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Calidad de Proveedores o Ingeniero de Desarrollo de proveedores, sistemas de calidad en base a IATF 16949. Un año en puestos de administración de sistemas de gestión de calidad, desarrollo de proveedores y liderazgo. Conocimientos Específicos Nivel experto en IATF 16949, APQP / Control Plan, SPC / MSA, GD&T Avanzado, PPAP, AMEF, Problem Solving / Shainin, Procesos Especiales CQI9/11/15, SAP QM, IMDS system, Minitab, Auditor Interno ISO/TS, Effective Communication / Negotiation. Nivel intermedio en requerimientos de clientes de la industria automotriz (QSB, Q1, Manufacturing Basics, VDA, ANPQP), metalografía, Auditor Interno ISO/TS, Lean Mfg, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Auditor Leader, MMOG/LE, CQI-14. Nivel básico en CQI-5 BOS, ISO/IEC 17021 y Reglas IATF, Noise, Vibration & Harshness, ISO/IEC 17025. Experto en planeación de proyectos y administración de recursos y personal, técnicas de comunicación efectiva y negociación.
