  • Manage all deli operations; direct, cook, clean,
  • Assist in the oversight and management of the superstation
  • Ensure that employees provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity throughout all departments
  • Organizing team roles, assignments, and daily operations
  • Supervise and discipline all store employees according to company policy
  • Follow and enforce all Company Policies and established procedures in the store operations
  • Communicate and perform all price signage change requests
  • Motivate, encourage, coach, and challenge store employees
  • Plan, identify, communicate and delegate employee responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, and train employees
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
  • Ensure that employees respond promptly to risks, hazards, and emergencies
  • Promote and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Show effective time management, constantly monitoring store staffing levels
  • Monitor cash over/short and inventory shrinkage daily
  • Order and maintain inventory
  • Conduct price checks and maintain pricing
  • Operate tools and equipment safely
  • Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
  • Function as a team member and get along with others
  • Adhere to daily work schedule
  • Work weekends, any shift, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned

  • Physical requirements
  • Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting,
  • Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 60lbs
  • Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet the entire shift
  • Push/pull a heavily loaded pallet with a manual pallet jack
  • Push/pull a loaded stock cart
  • Demonstrate above-average manual dexterity
  • Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of retail Management and Food Handling experience preferred
  • N.M. Food Handlers Permit (will certify)
  • Age requirement
  • Minimum age 21
  • Additional
  • Navajo Speaking preferred
