• ELVTR is an EdTech startup taking online learning to the next level. We disrupt online education by creating live online courses with “big name” industry leaders from companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Amazon.

• We are looking for a tenacious individual who is eager to acquire new skills, enjoys customer interaction, but most importantly, wants to provide a world-class customer experience.

What you will do

• work directly with our students to discuss and support their needs via phone, email, and online chats;
• create an engaging environment in the students' chats, encourage student-student communication;
• facilitate the communication between our students and instructors;
• provide support to our instructors and students during our live classes;
• troubleshoot and resolve students' issues and concerns;
• help our company to grow and bring amazing experience to our students.

Our ideal candidate

• fluent English with no or little accent;
• friendly and professional demeanor for superior customer interactions;
• proven ability to work independently but a true team player at the same time;
• strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence;
• attentive to details, fast learner and multitasking person;
• outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and fun personality.

Will be a plus

• work experience with the US, UK, or Canada markets.
