• We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in backend development and building scalable, high-performance services. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience delivering production-grade applications and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities and Duties
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and services in distributed environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and optimizations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Python development and distributed systems.
• Qualifications and Skills
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Fastly-py and strong understanding of CDN/edge service integration.
• Proficiency with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and performance optimization experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
