Integrate and coordinate owned, earned, and paid media channels to optimize partnership marketing effectiveness. Track, analyze, and refine campaign performance metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable business results. Promote a culture of continuous innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence within the partnership marketing team. Represent the team in partner discussions, resolving challenges and driving alignment on shared marketing objectives. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This is a cross-functional global role, embedded locally but tightly aligned with centralized platform and product marketing teams. Own partner marketing and activation strategy across wallet and commerce partners across LATAM countries. Build and execute joint co-marketing campaigns with wallet partners and merchants to drive consumer usage and merchant presentment. Own the regional GTM calendar, including consumer promotional offers, merchant incentives, and partner-led channel plans. Localize messaging frameworks and creative templates to reflect regional nuances while staying true to the global Apollo narrative. Develop marketing toolkits and playbooks for partners and merchants, enabling them to scale adoption through owned and paid channels. Track program KPIs across consumer usage, merchant adoption, and partner satisfaction, and report into the global Apollo program office. 8-10+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or co-branded campaign leadership, ideally in payments, fintech, or platforms. Proven experience leading co-marketing efforts with external partners, preferably in multi-sided networks or mobile ecosystems. Demonstrated success in building joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and co-branded marketing collateral. Strong understanding of LATAM commerce trends, wallet partners, and digital consumer behavior. Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Thrives in cross-functional environments with global matrix reporting. Confident communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally.
