- JOB SUMMARY
- Plans and coordinates daily gas gathering, compression, and treating operations to ensure reliable flow of producer volumes into the system and delivery to downstream markets. Develops and maintains schedules for new well connections, facility tie-ins, and station operations to meet producer timelines and system capacity requirements. Expedites operational activities that could impact gas flow, responding quickly to unforeseen issues such as compression outages, treating upsets, or volume surges. Analyzes system capacity, compression availability, and treating requirements to determine operational priorities and resource allocation; prepares daily and monthly reports on volumes, system performance, and reliability. Maintains close communication with gas plant operations to coordinate inlet volumes, ensure product quality specifications are met, and align on planned or unplanned downtime. Works directly with producers to forecast production, align on connection timing, and maintain strong commercial relationships.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- One (1) or more years management experience (Required)
- Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Ability to work in temperature range of below freezing to 100 Degrees, Work effectively, safely and comfortably in PPE , Walk and or stand from 1-11 hours per shift, Sitting 1-3 hours on the shift, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , Ability to upload and offload railcars , Certified to operate a forklift, Climb ladders, stairs
- Manage and lead the activities of the Operations Team to ensure process safety, safety, environmental, reliability, and cost optimization goals are achieved
- Champion initiatives, projects, and programs that support vision.
- Interview candidates, determine development needs, evaluate performance for compensation, and address personnel issues including training, coaching, mentoring and disciplining of subordinates
- Accountable for ensuring process safety and safety compliance by supporting process hazard analysis, leading incident investigations, owning procedure development and improvement, owning management of change, ensuring emergency response preparedness, supporting alarm management, and providing assistance for work scope development, and assessment of operability requirements for design consideration.
