About the role As a Specialist Electronics, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you will play a key role in executing sourcing strategies for electronic components that ensure competitive cost, reliable supply, and compliance with quality standards. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative products to customers worldwide while supporting global initiatives and collaborating across functions. Key Responsibilities As a Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Executing sourcing and procurement activities within the electronics commodity (e.g., actives, passives, connectors, PCBA materials). Conducting market and cost analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends. Supporting the implementation of commodity strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives. Preparing reports, KPIs, and presentations for management review. Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support new product introductions and drive value. Assisting in escalation and resolution of supply or delivery issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or related field). Advanced English proficiency 3 - 5 years of experience in electronics or sourcing. Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle acceptable). Valid U.S. visa. Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Experience working in global companies. Project tracking experience. Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and cost optimization strategies.
