I’m a real estate agent with 9 years of experience, primarily working with first-time buyers, sellers, and investors. I’ve done well keeping in touch with past clients (many are connected with me on Facebook and Instagram), but now I’m ready to refine my social media strategy to focus on two goals: Staying top of mind with past clients and my sphere of influence to generate more referrals and leads. I already have a system to partner with other agents and split commissions, freeing my time to focus on higher-value opportunities. Attracting luxury real estate clients via TikTok and repurposed content for YouTube Shorts. I haven’t sold luxury yet, but I’d like to create content that takes my audience along on the journey as I enter this market.
