Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Creator for Catering Brand (Instagram, TikTok, X, Google) We are a fast-growing catering company looking for a long-term social media and content creator who can help us build a consistent, professional, and engaging online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business. We need someone who can create daily content — especially short-form videos — using existing photos, stock footage, AI tools, and simple templates. No in-person filming required. What You Will Do Daily/Weekly Tasks Create short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using: CapCut Canva Runway ML (optional) Pika Labs (optional) Other AI video tools Edit videos using stock clips or AI-generated visuals — no camera work needed. Make “faceless” food or catering-style content using templates, stock video, and our photos. Design simple graphics for posts (specials, behind-the-scenes, company moments). Write captions and hashtags based on trends. Research trends on TikTok and Instagram and adapt for our brand. Maintain a weekly content calendar. Post consistently across all platforms. Brand Reputation Tasks Update and maintain Google Business Profile. Upload photos, reply to comments, answer questions. Review and maintain: Yelp TripAdvisor Facebook Reviews Monitor for negative reviews and report them immediately. Additional Helpful Skills (Not Required, but a Plus) Blog content writing (short food/catering stories or SEO posts). Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms. Light graphic design skills. Experience with company branding or storytelling. Experience with food, hospitality, restaurants, or catering brands. ⭐ Requirements Strong skills in short-form video editing using mobile or desktop tools. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts. Ability to use AI video/image tools (or willingness to learn fast). Good English communication. Creative mindset — able to turn raw photos/videos into engaging content. Reliable internet and ability to work independently. Must be comfortable with daily or near-daily posting. ⭐ What We Provide Access to our photo/video library. Clear brand guidelines and examples. Weekly priorities + creative direction. Long-term, stable work for the right person. ⭐ Compensation Hourly: $5–$12/hr Rate depends on experience, portfolio quality, and speed.
