We’re a fast-growing affiliate marketing agency working closely with creators, brands, and performance-driven partnerships. As our client list expands, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and play a key role in keeping partnerships running smoothly. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) You’ll be the operational backbone for our affiliate clients and their partners. Your daily tasks will include: ✨ Partnership & Communication Management - Sending posting reminders and ensuring creators deliver content on time - Sending contract reminders and tracking signatures - Managing email communication between creators, brands, and internal team - Following up with partners to keep projects moving ✨ Content & Calendar Operations - Managing content calendars and updating timelines - Tracking content deadlines, approvals, and deliverables - Organizing creator content and uploading it to the correct platforms/folders - Ensuring all assets and deliverables are properly stored and labeled ✨ Affiliate Admin Tasks - Managing spreadsheets, tracking performance, and updating dashboards - Coordinating with clients’ affiliate partners to ensure smooth onboarding - Supporting the team with simple administrative tasks that keep campaigns running efficiently What We’re Looking For - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong with communication—clear, professional, and timely - Motivated and ambitious—wants to grow into a full-time role - Tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Email, etc. - Eager to learn about affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and operations Starting work load is around 8-10 hours a week.
