Creative Graphic Designer Needed! We're seeking a talented and efficient Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning content for our clients, including vertical and horizontal thumbnails, static and carousel graphic design posts. If you are a fast-paced creative with a keen eye for design and the ability to meet tight deadlines, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Create vertical thumbnails, horizontal thumbnails, and graphic design posts (static and carousels) on a monthly basis. Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand client requirements and brand guidelines. Design visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with client objectives. Ensure all graphics are optimized for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn. Maintain organized files, follow naming conventions, and accurately record project statuses. Familiarity Slack and project management tools like ClickUp to manage and track project progress. Utilize Google Drive to upload and organize design files for easy access and sharing. Participate in team meetings on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 am Pacific Time. Requirements: Has strong creative skills and proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Strong ability to create compelling visuals for both static and carousel posts. Familiarity with social media platforms and their design specifications. Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent organizational and file management skills. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus. Familiarity with Google Drive for file storage and sharing. Availability for team meetings on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 am Pacific Time.
