SUMMARY
- Manages the Slot Technician department, overseeing all technical operations, staff supervision, vendor relations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. Ensures efficient slot machine performance, timely repairs, and exceptional guest service while maintaining the integrity of gaming systems and equipment.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and TASKS include the following and are to be performed within the company’s policies and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Oversees and manages Slot Technician staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develops and implements departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinates with vendors for equipment purchases, service contracts, and technical support.
- Manages slot repair parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and budgeting.
- Reviews and analyzes system activity reports to identify trends, repair needs, and compliance issues.
- Ensures proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of all slot machines and related systems.
- Leads initiatives for new technology research, testing, and implementation.
- Acts as a liaison between the Slot Department and other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Oversees machine deliveries, installations, conversions, and removals.
- Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations.
- Verifies machine setups and large jackpot payouts in accordance with asset control procedures.
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to attendance and punctuality policies.
- Available for on-call duties during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Occasional travel required for vendor meetings, training, equipment sourcing, or off-site support.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and member information and pertinent casino data.
- Always maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Compliance with punctuality and attendance policies required.
- Working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
- Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required OOGC License.
- Must be a US citizen or provide documentation to work in the US.
SKILLS
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and slot system software
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
