I’m looking for an experienced freight forwarder / logistics specialist to help coordinate the shipment of one pallet of overstock clothing and returned items from the United States to Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience with cross-border shipments, customs documentation, and preferably knowledge of palletized freight (LTL/FTL). You should be able to guide me through the process and handle the logistics needed to ensure the shipment arrives smoothly. Responsibilities: Advise on the best shipping method (LTL freight, courier, etc.) Coordinate shipment from US to Mexico Assist with customs paperwork and compliance (commercial invoice, USMCA if applicable) Provide guidance on cost-effective and reliable carriers Help ensure the shipment clears customs without delays Requirements: Proven experience with international shipping / cross-border freight (US–Mexico preferred) Knowledge of customs procedures for importing to Mexico Ability to communicate clearly and provide updates Strong organizational skills Additional Info: Shipment type: 1 pallet of overstock/returns (clothing items) Origin: United States Destination: Mexico Potential for future ongoing work if this shipment goes well To Apply: Please briefly describe: Your experience with US–Mexico shipments Any freight companies, brokers, or carriers you’ve worked with Your approach to handling customs paperwork
