• 6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 5+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads, For Mid-level 5-7 years exp)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
• Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
• For AI/ML Engineers, experience working in AI/ML field is required
• For AI Experiences –
• Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
• Nice to Have: good knowledge on Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Any AI or Gen AI
• For ITX/Technology workflows –
• Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
• Nice to Have: Hands-on knowledge on either ITAM, SPM or any ITSM CHG management related areas
