Job Post: SEO SEM PPC Specialist (Jade Optical) Title: Results-Driven SEO & PPC Specialist for Luxury Optical Brand About Us: Jade Optical is a boutique luxury optical practice in Miami, offering high-end eyewear (Cartier, Dior, Gucci, Tom Ford, Montblanc, etc.) and premium eyecare services. We’re not looking for another “order taker” — we’re looking for a strategic partner who can simplify the numbers, communicate clearly, and help us scale revenue through intelligent SEO and paid advertising. The Role: We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing & SEO/PPC Specialist who can manage both organic growth (SEO/SEM) and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). You’ll be responsible for creating measurable growth strategies, tracking ROI, and providing clear, plain-English updates that give us confidence in the direction we’re heading. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, local SEO, keyword research). • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. • Build dashboards & tracking systems (GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to measure CPC, CTR, ROAS, booked appointments, and revenue. • Deliver weekly updates that explain the big picture — what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. • Research competitor strategies and bring fresh, innovative ideas tailored to the optical & luxury retail market. • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting for higher ROI. What We’re Looking For: • Fluent in English — must be clear and easy to communicate with on Zoom calls. • Strong internet connection + professional work setup. • Proactive, innovative thinker — not just executing, but bringing new ideas. • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar). • Ability to explain complex data in plain language. • Prior experience in healthcare, optical, or luxury retail is a plus. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days): • Clear tracking in place for all ad campaigns and SEO performance. • Measurable ROAS of at least 3:1 trending toward 5:1. • Lower cost per lead (CPL) while increasing booked patient appointments. • Consistent, easy-to-understand reporting (weekly or bi-weekly). • Proactive campaign tests that show innovation, not just maintenance. Compensation: • We value efficiency over hours — if you can produce results in fewer hours, even better. We first will begin with project-based assignments. Industry Fit o Have you worked with healthcare, retail, or luxury brands before? If yes, describe the project. If not, how would you research the optical/luxury eyewear market to build an effective campaign? 3. Tracking & Measurement o Show us (via screenshot or link) an example of a tracking dashboard or report you’ve built in the past (Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, etc.). What KPIs did you prioritize, and why? 4. Innovation & Proactivity o Give an example of a time you proactively suggested a new campaign strategy that your client wasn’t already considering. What was the idea, and what were the results? 5. Efficiency & ROI o If given a budget of $1,000/month in ad spend, how would you allocate it between Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to achieve a minimum ROAS of 5:1? Explain your reasoning briefly. 6. Problem-Solving o Imagine your campaign is getting clicks at a low CPC, but no leads or conversions. Walk us through your troubleshooting process to fix this issue. 7.
