• The Role
• Do you want to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with international brands on high-impact digital projects?
• We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of digital projects. You’ll work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams design, development, and product—to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client and internal expectations.

• What You'll Do
• Project Leadership
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across diverse digital initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Track milestones, and report progress directly to the CEO.
• Team & Workflow Management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and productivity.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Resolve blockers and optimize workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Technical & Strategic Oversight
• Understand project requirements and advise on technical feasibility.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Contribute to process improvements and strategic planning for ongoing projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalations.
• Translate complex project details into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios.
• Have worked with US and Canada based clients
• Experience managing multiple diverse projects across design and development
• Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Extremely passionate about problem solving.
• Amazing in daily communication and reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely with PST timezone overlap.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Shopify) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, or product strategy.
• What We're NOT Looking For
• Junior project managers claiming senior experience.
• Freelancers juggling multiple clients.
• Candidates uncomfortable communicating directly with leadership.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours with PST overlap
• Location: 100% Remote
• Reports To: CEO
