We’re building a secure, high-quality mobile marketplace that connects pet owners with vetted caregivers. We need an experienced product-minded development partner (small team or studio) to take us from MVP to a polished v1 across iOS, Android, and backend, including an admin console. We’ll share a full BRD, UX flows, and brand kit under NDA. For now, here’s the non-confidential scope: What you’ll build (high level) - Mobile apps (iOS and Android) with a clean, modern UI. - Core flows: account creation, profile management, search and filters, payments, in-app chat, ratings/reviews, notifications. - Location and activity features: GPS for walks/sessions; basic timeline/updates. - Trust layer: verification workflow, visible indicators, basic badge levels (logic and UI). - Secure backend (auth, data, payments, notifications, media) and Admin for verification, support, content and metrics. - Analytics, logging/monitoring, and crash reporting. - Deployment pipelines, store submission support, and post-launch stabilization. Tech guidance (open to your proposal) - Mobile: Native (Swift/Kotlin) or high-quality cross-platform (Flutter/React Native). - Backend: Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or similar; REST/GraphQL; relational DB. - Infra: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), IaC, CI/CD, push notifications, object storage for media. -Integrations: Payments (card and local rails), maps/GPS, crash analytics, basic CRM/email. Non-functional expectations - Fast, intuitive UX; accessibility; responsive performance. - Security best practices (encryption in transit/at rest, RBAC, secrets management). - Observability (metrics, logs, alerts) and robust error handling. - Scalability from pilot to multi-city. Ways of working -Agile, with weekly demos. -Issue tracking and grooming in our tool of choice. -Strong documentation; knowledge handover; code reviews. -Close collaboration; willingness to iterate based on pilot data.
