We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to promote and sell our delivery platform, Shipday. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients across the South American market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, managing customer relationships, and consistently achieving your monthly sales targets. Compensation - First 3 months: $600 USD fixed monthly payment + commissions + performance bonuses - After the 3rd month: Increased fixed monthly payment Higher commission tiers based on performance levels Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly sales targets Key Responsibilities - Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities - Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels - Present and promote the Shipday platform to prospects - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals Relevant Skills - Sales Experience - Lead Generation - Client Relationship Management - Excellent Communication Skills - Knowledge of the South American Market If you are driven, results-oriented, and currently based in South America, we would love to hear from you!
