Position Summary The Sales Operations Partner is responsible for identifying, activating, and operationalizing net-new and underpenetrated accounts to accelerate GTM growth. This role addresses a critical strategic gap by ensuring high-potential accounts are visible, enriched, prioritized, and acted upon by both Marketing and Sales. This position serves as a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, and GTM leadership. The Sales Operations Partner is accountable for bringing new accounts into Salesforce, enabling engagement, and continuously analyzing outcomes to refine whitespace strategy. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thinks strategically, is analytically strong, and thrives in ambiguous spaces. Primary Responsibilities The Sales Operations Partner responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identify net-new and underpenetrated, high-potential accounts not currently present in Salesforce Enrich accounts using firmographic, technographic, and intent data sources Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to ingest accounts into Salesforce Define and execute account assignment logic and routes to market Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance for whitespace accounts Track engagement and performance of whitespace accounts across Marketing and Sales Analyze why accounts engage or fail to engage and translate findings into actionable insights Continuously refine whitespace models and prioritization criteria based on outcomes Act as a bridge between Marketing Analytics and Sales Analytics teams Support GTM leadership by answering strategic questions related to missed opportunity Identify process and data improvements to support scalable whitespace execution Perform other related duties as assigned The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy Experience working with sales and marketing data and GTM motions Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query and manipulate datasets Ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Analytics Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining new processes Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Passion for improving GTM effectiveness and uncovering hidden growth opportunities Interest in enabling and upskilling teams through shared analytics capabilities Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy Experience working with Salesforce required Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or similar) Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
