You Will
- Collaborate with operational leadership and other partners to assess and deliver on functional needs of the business in relation to room builds.
- Apply configuration changes to procedure rooms in RIS system. Configuration changes include, but are not limited to: opening/closing rooms, changing room hours, changing procedures we can perform in a given room or changing when a procedure may be performed in a given room.
- Evaluate requested changes and effectively communicate with requester and/or operational leadership adverse effects the changes could have.
- Monitor ticketing system and work email to receive and resolve room change requests.
- Create, test and implement new room builds in RIS.
- Evaluate existing systems and/or user/business needs to analyze, design, recommend, test and implement system updates, bugs and/or changes.
- Provide support for Go-Lives (site system implementations) for new centers and/or acquisitions, as directed by management.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrate strong operational, project management and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to work them simultaneously (multi-task).
- Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making.
- Possess and utilizes excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines and willingness to work additional hours beyond your regular shift, as directed by management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability/flexibility to travel to/between sites as needed, drive a vehicle, and/or utilize other forms of transportation.
