Remote Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) – Bilingual (English/Spanish) | $1,000-$2,000/Month We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for International Medical Graduates (IMGs), individuals who have earned their medical degree in their home country and are seeking remote clinical coordination roles within U.S.-based healthcare settings. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the healthcare field, patient scheduling, and insurance verification who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: ☑️ Patient Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. ☑️ Insurance Verification: Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and requirements before appointments, using EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals. ☑️ Medical Records Management: Accurately update and maintain patient records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. ☑️ Communication & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent virtual healthcare support via phone, email, and chat. ☑️ Authorization & Referrals: Manage prior authorizations, process referrals, and coordinate with providers and insurance companies to ensure timely access to care. ☑️ Billing & Payment Coordination: Assist with billing inquiries, insurance issues, and provide patients with cost estimates. ☑️ Process Refill Requests: Accurately review and process patient medication refill requests, ensuring compliance with provider, clinic policies, and patient safety standards. Requirements: ✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED ✅ International Medical Graduate (IMG) – REQUIRED ✅ Experience working in healthcare administration, patient intake, or medical support (remote or in-person) ✅ Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms, HIPAA compliance, and insurance verification workflows ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a remote setting ✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable using VoIP systems, clinical scheduling tools, and remote communication platforms ✅ Reliable internet connection & quiet work environment Compensation: 💰 Hourly.
