We’re building a global team to recruit and manage creative contributors for a high‑volume photo‑editing project. Coordinators will source local micro‑studios, onboard freelance editors and moderate submissions from four regions (LatAm excluding Brazil, Indian subcontinent, Philippines, Ukraine). You’ll combine lead generation, community management, and process tracking. This role is part‑time (about 2 hours per day, capped at 10 hours per week) through November 30, with clear quotas and weekly reporting. Ideal candidates speak English plus their local language (i.e. Spanish, Hindi or a regional dialect, Tagalog, Ukrainian and Russian). Familiarity with Photoshop terminology and experience managing online communities are must‑haves. You’ll help ensure contributors follow step‑by‑step editing rules so our approval rate stays high.
