Objective Support Valcor’s recruitment pipeline by reviewing resumes, calling qualified applicants, conducting basic screening, and scheduling interviews with the internal hiring team. 1. Resume Pre Screening - Review all incoming resumes quickly and filter candidates based on minimum hiring requirements. - Verify location, guard card or security background when required, relevant experience, and overall availability. - Identify red flags such as unstable job history or missing core qualifications. - Move only qualified or potentially qualified applicants to the calling stage. 2. Candidate Outreach - Call candidates who passed pre screening. - Follow a simple script to introduce the company and confirm interest. - Explain the position briefly and confirm availability for work. - Document the results of each call in the tracking sheet. 3. Initial Screening Questions - During each call, confirm: *Guard card status or eligibility if required. *Schedule flexibility for day, night, weekday, or weekend shifts. *Ability to commute to site locations. *Professional communication level over the phone. *Overall suitability for the role. 4. Scheduling Interviews - Coordinate interview times with the internal recruiter or manager. - Schedule interviews using the shared calendar or tracking system. - Send confirmation and reminder messages to candidates. - Reschedule interviews when needed. 5. Follow Up Communication - Send text or email follow ups to candidates who did not answer the initial call. - Re engage candidates who expressed interest but have not scheduled yet. - Maintain consistent communication until the interview is completed. 6. Tracking and Reporting - Update the applicant tracking spreadsheet daily. - Record call attempts, outcomes, notes, and next steps. - Provide a daily summary in the designated Signal group.
