Job Description: Lonewolf Workforce is a fast-growing skilled trades staffing firm specializing in data center and mission-critical construction projects across the U.S. We are looking for a highly organized Recruiting Operations Coordinator who is experienced with Zoho Recruit and the Zoho One platform to support our day-to-day recruiting operations. This is a long-term, remote contract role for someone who loves systems, organization, and helping a business run smoothly. Responsibilities • Manage candidate workflow inside Zoho Recruit • Move candidates through stages, update pipelines, maintain clean data • Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms • Create and manage candidate forms, templates, and automated emails • Format and upload candidate resumes • Keep job postings updated and active • Conduct data entry and maintain organized candidate records • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance items • Generate weekly reports from Zoho Recruit • Support the business owner with administrative tasks related to recruiting Requirements • Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit • Experience with Zoho One tools • Strong English communication skills • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently and following clear processes • Able to quickly learn new workflows and tools • Reliable, consistent availability Monday–Friday Nice to Have • Experience in staffing, HR, or recruiting admin roles • Familiarity with construction or skilled trades recruiting • Experience with LinkedIn job posting or job board management Hours & Engagement • 20–40 hours per week depending on workload • Long-term role if performance is strong • Remote work, flexible schedule during U.S. business hours How to Apply Please include the following when applying: 1.
