  • We are seeking a Recruiter - Digital Assets with a strong background in recruitment, and a keen interest in the Web3 industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.

In this role, you will

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization, including specialized roles in Digital Assets/ Crypto.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3/Crypto industry developments, and talent acquisition best practices to help inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

You might thrive in this role if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is requried.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience working in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong experience recruiting for the crypto, fintech, or digital asset sectors (e.g., roles in blockchain development, DeFi protocols, exchange operations, regulatory compliance, or asset tokenization).
  • Deep familiarity with trends in crypto exchanges, fintech disruptions, digital assets, and Web3 technologies, including regulatory landscapes and market dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
