- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and guide others
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Passion for continuous improvement and customer focus
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
