We are a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a skilled professional to help us scale our acquisitions pipeline. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building targeted property lists, generating high-quality motivated seller leads, and managing data within CRMs to ensure smooth and efficient follow-up. Responsibilities: Research, build, and deliver accurate property and homeowner lists (pre-foreclosures, absentee owners, high equity, vacant properties, etc.) Perform skip tracing to provide verified contact information (phone, email, mailing address) Organize and clean data for efficient use in CRM systems Import and manage leads within CRM (GoHighLevel, Podio, Salesforce, or similar) Ensure automation sequences are properly triggered and running smoothly Track lead status and update CRM pipelines for real-time accuracy Provide weekly reporting on leads generated, list performance, and campaign outcomes Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate lead generation and list building Strong knowledge of real estate data sources (PropStream, BatchLeads, PropertyRadar, etc.) CRM management expertise (GoHighLevel preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets (especially motivated seller niches) Reliable, self-starter, and able to meet deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience with dialers (Mojo, CallTools, etc.) Knowledge of marketing automations and drip campaigns Ability to suggest list strategies based on target market goals What We Offer: Long-term opportunity with consistent workload Competitive hourly pay or project-based compensation (depending on experience) Growth potential as we expand our real estate acquisitions and investment operations To Apply: Please provide: A short summary of your relevant experience Tools and platforms you’ve worked with (CRM, list providers, skip tracing) Examples of real estate lead generation or list-building projects you’ve successfully completed
