We are looking for a creative and independent graphic designer to develop a promotional flyer in vertical 9:16 format, fully editable in Google Slides. This flyer will be printed and used to promote a new vertical residential development (multifamily style). Project Details: • Format: 9:16 (vertical). • Platform: Google Slides (final file must be fully editable). • Language: Spanish (all flyer content will be in Spanish). • Content: • We will provide a Google Drive folder with a brochure and images of the development. • The designer should use the most relevant images from the brochure. • The flyer must include all key information mentioned in the brochure (not just a summary). • The layout should highlight the most important selling points in a clear, attractive way. • Requirements: • Include two editable fields: real estate agent’s name and phone number (for multiple agents to customize). • Maintain a modern, promotional, and professional look. • Autonomy: • The freelancer is expected to work independently and make creative decisions. • If Spanish is not their main language, they may use translation tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to ensure accurate design and layout. • Delivery deadline: Within 8 hours of assignment.
