HACCP, análisis y detección de riesgos en proceso Conocimientos y experiencia: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Ciencias de los alimentos, química y/o biología. 3 a 5 años de experiencia como supervisor de calidad. Manejo de equipo analítico de laboratorio (ejemplo: potenciómetro, colorímetro, titulaciones básicas). Nivel intermedio de inglés. Disponibilidad de trabajar rotando turnos (primer y segundo turno).
