Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. The Quality Supervisor leads the QA team to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role oversees quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product integrity and operational excellence. Primary Responsibilities Supervise daily QA activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans. Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits with customers and certifying bodies. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor key quality metrics and report performance to management. Train and mentor QA team members on best practices and standards. Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to drive quality improvements. Manage non-conformance reports and customer complaints effectively. Support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within chemical or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience in audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems. Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico. Preferred Requirements Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt. English proficiency (reading and writing). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. H.B.
