• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Degree required). Master's degree would be beneficial - Project Management, Construction Management, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers or similar technical facilities. Proven expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6. Experience in developing and maintaining complex multi-contractor schedules. Deep knowledge of Project Management with demonstrated experience in planning methodologies, progress measurement, and earned value management. Full command of verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build healthy interpersonal relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation. PMP certification. Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
